NFS Remodels was founded in 2019 by Nick Scibilio, a lifelong Boston-based tradesman who’s been on jobsites since childhood. With 15+ years of hands-on experience, Nick personally manages every project from the first walkthrough to the final detail — no rotating crews, no surprise sub-handoffs.

Call, text, email, or use the contact form. Quotes are free — in-person or virtually via FaceTime. We’ll walk through the space, measure, scope the project, and give you an honest estimate with a projected timeline.

What types of projects do you handle?+

Residential and commercial: carpentry, kitchen and bathroom renovations, tiling, roofing, siding, painting, custom additions, ADUs, decks, drywall, doors, and general maintenance. No job is too big or too small.

How much do projects cost?+

Pricing is fair and case-by-case. Typical projects range from $500 to $10,000+. Every project gets a detailed quote after we assess scope. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.

How long does a typical project take?+

Depends on scope. Small repairs may take a day; full kitchen or bathroom renovations can run several weeks. You’ll get a projected timeline during the quote and updates throughout.

Will I be kept in the loop?+

Always. You’ll get updates as requested and Nick is reachable directly. If anything new comes up mid-project, we talk it through with you before making changes.
